EKO is an AI-native learning and skills-verification platform operated by EchoLink. EKO uses AI to generate learning paths, study materials, and assessments, issues verifiable proof-of-skill credentials on-chain, and enables payments through its Stream Pay system and the EKO token.
By accessing or using EKO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where permitted. You are responsible for ensuring your use of EKO is lawful where you live.
EKO provides educational content and skill assessments. AI-generated material may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice (including legal, financial, medical, or tax advice). Credentials reflect demonstrated performance on EKO and do not guarantee employment, income, or any specific outcome.
Job matching and employer features connect you with third parties. EKO does not employ you and is not a party to any agreement between you and an employer or client.
Some features require connecting a Web3 wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, keys, and credentials. Transactions recorded on a blockchain are generally irreversible.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, cheat assessments, or attempt to obtain credentials you have not earned. We may revoke credentials obtained through fraud or violation of these Terms.
Stream Pay and the EKO token involve digital assets. Digital assets carry significant risk, including volatility and potential loss of value. Nothing on EKO is financial or investment advice. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the platform.
Availability of payment, job, and payroll features may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to applicable law and compliance requirements.
You agree not to use EKO for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to upload malicious content, or to disrupt the platform. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Content you create on EKO remains yours, subject to the licenses you grant when publishing learning paths or materials to the ecosystem. EKO and its underlying software, marks, and design are owned by EchoLink or its licensors.
EKO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from digital-asset transactions, third-party employers, or AI-generated content.
